Updating Payment Methods

Overview


Update your card on file, switch payment methods, or view invoices — all from the billing settings.


Changing your card


  • Go to **Settings → Billing → Payment Method**
  • Click **Update Card**
  • Enter the new card details
  • Click **Save**

  • Your next charge will use the new card. Previous invoices are not affected.


    Supported payment methods


  • **Credit / debit cards** — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
  • **ACH bank transfer** — Available for annual Enterprise plans

  • All payments are processed securely through **Stripe**. GetLaunchDay never stores your full card number.


    Viewing invoices


    All invoices are available at **Settings → Billing → Invoices**. Each invoice includes:

  • Date and amount
  • Plan name
  • Payment method used
  • PDF download link

  • Failed payments


    If a charge fails:

  • We retry 3 times over 7 days
  • You'll receive an email notification each time
  • After 3 failures, your account is paused (not deleted)
  • Update your card and click **Retry** to restore access

  • Tax and VAT


    If you need a VAT number on your invoices:

  • Go to **Settings → Billing → Tax Info**
  • Enter your VAT / GST / Tax ID
  • Future invoices will include it automatically
