Requesting a Refund

Overview


We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.


How to request a refund


  • Go to **Settings → Billing**
  • Click **Request Refund**
  • Select the charge you want refunded
  • Optionally tell us why (helps us improve)
  • Click **Submit**

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

    Cancelling your subscription


    If you want to stop being charged without requesting a refund:

  • Go to **Settings → Billing**
  • Click **Cancel Plan**
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period
  • After that, you're moved to the free tier

  • Free tier after cancellation


    On the free tier, you can:

  • View (but not edit) your existing projects
  • Export subscriber data
  • Access the dashboard in read-only mode

  • To regain editing access, simply resubscribe to any paid plan.
