Changing Your Subscription Plan

Overview


You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.


How to change your plan


  • Go to **Settings → Billing**
  • Click **Change Plan**
  • Select your new plan (Starter, Launch, Scale, or Enterprise)
  • Confirm the change

  • Upgrade behavior


  • **Immediate access** — New features unlock instantly
  • **Prorated billing** — You're charged the difference for the remaining billing period
  • **No data loss** — All your projects, subscribers, and data stay intact

  • Downgrade behavior


  • **End of billing period** — Your current plan stays active until the end of the period
  • **Feature lockout** — Features exclusive to higher tiers become read-only
  • **Data preserved** — We never delete data when you downgrade. You just lose access to premium features.

  • Switching to annual billing


    Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly. When you switch:

  • Your monthly plan is cancelled and refunded (prorated)
  • The annual plan starts immediately
  • You're charged the full annual amount

  • Enterprise plans
