Deleting Your Account

Overview

You can permanently delete your GetLaunchDay account at any time. This is irreversible.

Before you delete

Please consider:

**Export your data first** — Download subscriber lists, analytics, and reports

**Cancel your subscription** — Deletion cancels billing, but exporting first ensures you have everything

**Disconnect integrations** — Remove API keys and webhooks from connected tools

How to delete your account

Go to **Settings → Account → Danger Zone**

Click **Delete Account**

Type your email to confirm

Click **Permanently Delete**

What gets deleted

✅ Your account and login credentials

✅ All projects and landing pages

✅ Subscriber data

✅ Email sequences and broadcasts

✅ Analytics and reports

✅ Integration configurations

✅ Billing information (Stripe subscription cancelled)

What we retain

For legal and compliance reasons, we retain:

Invoices and transaction records (7 years, as required by law)

Anonymized, aggregated analytics (contributes to benchmark data)

Timeline

**Immediate:** Account locked, pages go offline

**30 days:** Data permanently purged from our servers

**30 days:** Backups containing your data are rotated out

Changed your mind?

Within 30 days of deletion, contact support@getlaunchday.com and we can restore your account. After 30 days, restoration is not possible.
