Understanding the Dashboard

5 min readUpdated Mar 8, 2026

Overview

The dashboard is your command center. It shows real-time data across all your projects — traffic, signups, validation score, email performance, and more.

Dashboard sections

Overview cards

At the top, you'll see four key metrics:

  • **Total visitors** — Unique visitors across all your landing pages
  • **Total signups** — Email signups collected
  • **Conversion rate** — Signups ÷ visitors
  • **Validation Score** — Your composite score (0-100)

  • Traffic chart

A time-series chart showing daily visitors and signups over the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Toggle between line and bar views.

    Signup feed

A real-time feed of new signups showing name, email, timestamp, referral source, and UTM parameters in a scrollable list.

    A/B test results

If you have active A/B tests, they appear in a dedicated card with variant performance, confidence levels, and a "pick winner" button.

    Email performance

See open rates, click rates, and unsubscribe rates for your email sequences and broadcasts.

    Filtering and segments

    Use the filter bar to:

  • View data for a **specific project** (if you have multiple)
  • Filter by **date range**
  • Filter by **traffic source**
  • Filter by **device type** (mobile, desktop, tablet)

  • Exporting

Click **Export** in the top-right to download:

  • **CSV** — Raw data for spreadsheets
  • **PDF** — Investor-ready traction report with charts and key metrics

  • Pro tips

  • Check the dashboard **daily during a validation sprint** — trends matter more than absolute numbers.
  • Share the investor PDF with **read-only access** via a magic link.
  • Set up **Slack or Discord alerts** so you don't need to check the dashboard manually.
