Role-Based Permissions

Overview

GetLaunchDay uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure team members only see and do what they need. This keeps your data safe and your workflow clean.

Project-level permissions

On Scale and Enterprise plans, you can restrict access per project:

Open a project → **Settings → Access**

Toggle **Project-level access** on

Select which team members can access this specific project

This is useful when you're running multiple validation sprints for different products.

Audit log

Enterprise plans include an **audit log** at **Settings → Security → Audit Log**. It records:

Who did what

Timestamp and IP address

Action type (create, edit, delete, export, etc.)
